This staircase is the ideal solution for small ceiling openings! The 4-part wooden attic stairs are supplied complete with heat-insulating hatch and tension seal and have been specially developed for ceiling construction without standard dimensions, so that it fits perfectly in openings that do not comply with standard dimensions. The ladder is comfortable to use with ribbed, non-slip steps that provide the necessary safety.
The thermally insulated hatch is lightweight due to its sandwich construction. The tension seal is airtight in accordance with DIN EN 12207 Class 4 and meets the requirements for excellent thermal insulation properties. The ladder part folds up in 4 parts to save space and therefore takes up hardly any space. The white clothing strips form a discreet finish at the ceiling transition.
Non-slip steps for extra safety! The Mini comes with a stable spring balance system for smooth and effortless operation.
An extended arm is included with the control bar, making the click closure easy to operate.
