Ideal staircase if there is not much space (min. 60 x 50 cm opening required). This staircase is placed directly in the frame via a wooden mounting plate. Folded up, it hardly takes up any space. Aluminum version.

LOFT LADDER FOR NARROW SPACES

The deep step surface of the steps is just one detail that distinguishes the DOLLE Alu-fix from other stairs. The mount is made of plywood and can be moved with little effort. The ladder section is made of aluminum and offers easy operation and safe access to the attic space. The space required is very low, which allows the stairs to be mounted in the smallest attic. With a tested load of up to 100 kg, the model can be very suitable for older buildings with unconventional attic space.

The ALU-FIX comes with 9, 10 or 11 steps:

9 steps for a floor to ceiling height between: 219-246 cm

10 steps for a floor to ceiling height between: 246-273 cm

11 steps for a height from floor to ceiling between: 273-300 cm
